Jennifer passed away on Monday night, August 8, 2022 at the T. Boone Pickens Hospice Care Center in Dallas, Texas.
Her death was sudden and unexpected. In her last hours, Jennifer looked beautiful and was at peace while surrounded by her loved ones, including her daughter Savannah who will have sweet memories of her mother.
Jennifer was born on May 27, 1974 in Montgomery, Alabama and moved to Plano, Texas when she was three years old. It was there that she attended elementary school through high school and was a state and nationally ranked tennis player. She also participated on the drill team, and was on the softball team coached by her father, Douglas Hartl. After graduating, she immediately entered into the workforce and became a very accomplished self-taught recruiter. Jennifer married William “Grant” Cragg in August 2008, and one short year later experienced the birth of her daughter Savannah, one of her greatest accomplishments, and whom she loved and protected fiercely. Throughout her life, Jennifer made deep, lasting friendships with whom she shared great memories with, still remain in her life, and love her and Savannah dearly. Jennifer loved painting, watching Savannah play tennis, gardening, and had pots full of beautiful flowers throughout her backyard.
Jennifer is survived by her daughter Savannah Cragg, of Allen, Texas, her parents Douglas and Brenda Hartl; her brother Michael (Madeline); sister Brittany Willeford (Zach); niece Molly Willeford; nephew Max Willeford; numerous aunts and cousins; and her dog Spirit. She was preceded in death by her husband William “Grant” Cragg and father John Fullam.
A Memorial Service & Celebration of her life will be held on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home, located at 2128 18th Street, Plano, Texas 75074.
