Emma was born on January 21, 1942 in Dallas, Texas, a daughter of her father: Clay Dayton Rosenbaum and her mother: Lorene (Ishmael) Rosenbaum.

She married Maury Raymond Nixon on October 30, 1998 in Dallas, Texas.

She is survived by her husband: Maury Raymond Nixon of Plano, Texas.

She is also survived by daughter: Sonia T. Provard and her children: Stephanie Smith, Cody Krusinksi, Mitchell Krusinski, and Samantha Krusinski.

Daughter: Michele De La Mora and her husband Felipe De La Mora.

Daughter: Nicole Haynes and her husband Bobby Haynes, and their children Tabitha Haynes and Ashton Haynes.

Sister: Shirley June Rosenbaum and her children: Cindy Haney and Amy Moore.

Emma is preceded in death by her parents and one brother: Norman Rosenbaum.

She was a talented painter, avid reader and mischief maker in the day. Her favorite pastime was listening to her beloved husband Maury play the piano and guitar for her. They loved listening to music together.
