Dorothy Jo Morrison was born on September 4, 1924 and became an Angel on December 18, 2016. She was born in Jayton, Texas to Lilly and Jessie Gray. She retired from UTD as a police dispatcher in 1994. Dorothy is survived by her three daughters, Judy Persyn, Alicia Defino, and Linda Beckett; grandchildren Joe Persyn, Christopher Beckett, Jennifer D’Agostino, Anthony DeFino, and Steven DeFino and 7 Great grandchildren, Kayla, Sofia, Elizabeth, Trystyn, Logan, Catriona and Finn.
A private memorial service will be held at Ted Dickey Funeral Home, 2128 18 Street, Plano, Texas 75074 at 3pm on December 27. In lieu of flowers the family request that a contribution be made to Treasured Times, Custer Road United Methodist Church, 6601 Custer Road, Plano, Texas 75023.
