Frank you were my brother in law you always treated my sister like she was a queen and she was your queen .You were a great man who tought me so much about life and right and wrong. You were a great dad to Joseph and i miss all of you so much I do know that you are with my sister Patricia Ann(Patty Ann) and she again is your queen  Rest in peace Big Frank. I finally got it right Frank. All about FAMILY. I WILL ALWAYS ADMIRE AND RESPECT THE HONOR OF YOU. AND THE MEMORIES OF LIFE YOU TAUGHT ME...

We Were So Blessed To Have Met Frank & Sandy On A Cruise And Become Friends With Them. Frank Had A Huge Heart,  A Great  Love For Life And A Fabulous Sense Of Humor. We Always Had A lot Of Laughs. Our  Deepest  Condolences To His Son , Family And Our Dear Sandy.  May You Rest In Peace Dear Friend. You Are Gone But Not Forgotten. We Will Cherish The Memories Always. Forever In Our Hearts.

We were so lucky to have known Frank. Such a sweet man with always a smile on his face. His presence will be greatly missed. We are so saddened by his loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. May he RIP

We met Frank many years ago in Aruba.  Coming from a fishing town we bonded with Frank ASAP.  We love sharing stories with Frank.   We would go in the beautiful waters of Aruba for hours.  Oh how we shared stories and laughed.  Aruba will not be the same without our dear Frank!  He will be missed.  I am so sorry for Sandy and Frank’s family.  May God Bless all of You.  May Frank Rest In Peace in the Arms of God.

Frank was bigger than life itself- he will be missed in Aruba by so many of us. Always had a smile on his face.Always a great story, My deepest sympathies to all of Frank’s family and to Sandy and her family.
