Donna Mae Rouse

She was born on August 29, 1934 in Glendale, CA to William and Anna Lane.

Donna and Bob built their home together in Pollock Pines in 1985, where they lived happily with a steady flow of visiting family. Donna loved camping and would go as often as she could. Their annual trips included Bodega Bay and Lake Tahoe and the two of them even built two classic cars together, which they enjoyed for many years.

She was also an amazing seamstress and quilter. Donna was not one to give up easily and she fought a hard battle with breast cancer for over 36 years.

Donna is survived by her husband, Bob, of 44 years; daughters, Jettie Wheeler, Jennifer (Ron) Ralphs and their son Glenn (Paulette) Wheeler and stepson Mark (Ivana) Rouse; sister, Florence Stelle; grandchildren, Stormy Wheeler, Erika Wheeler, Leah Eckstrom, Martha, Cheryle, William, Heather and Jessica Rouse; and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Margret Odland, Billie Ward, Creata McLenon; and stepson Greg Rouse.

There are no words to express how much Donna will be missed.
