Tommy R. Lockhart

Tommy was a proud Army veteran who served his country during the Korean War. He married his wife, Carol, and they spent a wonderful 56 years together. Tommy said he got the family he always wanted, thanks to her. Tommy was one of the hardest workers you’d ever meet, and continued working on projects even after retiring from a long career with West View Water Authority. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved animals of all kinds. Tommy’s family was the most important thing in the world to him; he was so proud of his children and grandchildren and their accomplishments. He was the best husband, dad, pap-pap, and he was a mentor to many. He will be greatly missed.

Tommy is survived by his children, Donna Lockhart Marski (Bob), Thomas J. Lockhart (Patti), and Jeffrey Lockhart (Angela); Pap-Pap to Stephen Marski (in heaven), Erin Matthews, Shauna Young, Andrew, Jeffrey, Austin, and Nicholas Lockhart; and great-Pap-Pap to Primrose, Theodore, Madison, Kelly, Yuna, and Colt.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 1pm-4pm at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 where a memorial service will follow immediately at 4pm.
