Loving husband of 49 years to Dorothy (Dietrich) Hoover; devoted father of Thomas Graydon Hoover, Jr. (Mechele) and Jonathan Dietrich Hoover; proud grandfather of Sarah Noelle Pape (Ryan), Kurt Thomas and Kirsten Lynn Hoover; son of the late Eugene and Lillian Hoover; brother of John Robert Hoover, June Sowers, Darlee Hartley and Sandra Weisenmiller; brother-in-law of the Rev. Herman K. Dietrich (Ruby); and also survived by six loving nieces and nephews. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the H.P.
