Dear Jim and Lee, Doug and I were shocked to find out today of Sandy's passing. She was meeting us last Sat.  night and when she didn't come we became worried and have been calling, emailing and texting her. We are so sorry. She was a wonderful person and we loved her. I am saddened to read of Sandra'a passing.  She was my husband's professor at Geneva College, and she made an impact on his life.  He died in the 1994 USAir crash in Pittsburgh, while a member of her class.  She reached out to me and invited me to class to meet the other students.  It was healing for all concerned.  She also sent me writings from other students about my husband, and I was just copying them, along with his Geneva papers, for my now, adult children, as an insight into who their father was.  I tried to get in touch with Sandra today to tell her how much her kindness has meant to me, and how the writings that she passed on to me continue to give "life" to my husband for me and our children.  Sandra was a great lady who continues to have an impact on our lives through her kindness and empathy.

Sandy was a wonderful person who touched so many lives, my deepest sympathy to her family.

Sandy made the world a better place. I will miss her!

I wanted to add to my sister's thoughts.  Your mother was a great friend to our mother for all of our lives.  We so appreciated the support they gave each other and the support your mother gave to us while our mother was ill and after she died.  We know how difficult this time is and want you to know we are thinking of you.

Met Sandy recently ( at the hospital), such a very sweet lady. sorry to hear of her passing.

Because of Sandy's Christ-centered teaching, her wisdom and guidance, Geneva College DCP graduates are impacting businesses, world missions and churches far beyond what she could ever imagine. She knows now. I pray that God will bring comfort to Sandy's beloved family.

I knew Sandy via Geneva College, and am saddened by her passing.

I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was a wonderful friend and I loved her. I know that she is with our Lord.

My sister and I were so sad and shocked to hear of the loss of Sandy. We so appreciate her kindness and care especially during the very painful time two years ago when our own mother died. She was a wonderful friend to our family, and will always be in our thoughts. I know how difficult this time is, know you are not alone.

I was fortunate to have Sandy as my instructor at Geneva's Adult DCP program.  Our group was quite a handful, to say the least.  Sandy was great with us and was able to steer our entire group through to graduation with not one of us attriting out of the program.  She cared about us and she made a difference.  My thoughts to you for your loss.

Sandy was a wonderful caring woman who I had the pleasure of knowing through her youngest son Lee. Lee, Jim and families I am truly sorry for your loss, your mom was a wonderful, intellegent, multi-talented woman. I am very saddened by the news of her passing.

I first got to know Sandy while visiting her as she recovered from a surgery. Her love for Jesus was obvious and she also had a huge heart for women. For years, along with a few other women, Sandy prayed for a retreat for the women of Orchard Hill Church. It was such a joy to have her pray for us at the opening night of the first-ever Women's Retreat less than two weeks ago. She was so pleased to be there! God allowed her to witness the fruit of her faithful prayers. It was only 5 short days later that God called her home. Sandy left a beautiful legacy for the church (especially us women) and she will be sorely missed!

I was very sorry to hear about Sandy.  She was a great lady and will be greatly missed by everyone.  It was an honor to have known her. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren.  I will keep all of you in my prayers.  I lost my Mom this year and can tell you it will a very difficult and hard time for all of you.   It was a true joy and my pleasure to have been her mailman.

Sandy was a wonderful, caring friend.  I cherished our many talks about our health issues.  She was a faithful soldier for Christ and her love for the Lord was evident.  I will miss seeing her smile...She will be missed by myself and many others.  I know her family will miss her greatly.  There are no words that can heal the hurt in your hearts.  I pray God will help you along your journey of grief.

Sandy was my first small group leader at OHC, my instructor at Geneva College, my spiritual mentor, and my friend.  She taught me much more than I can write here ... and I will miss her so much.  She will always be in my heart and soul, and I hope to make her proud.  All of my love to you, dear Sandy.
