Richard J. Surman, age 95, Allison Park, passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2018. Loving father to Janis Surman, and Linda Huey; loving grandfather to Neile Hart, great grandfather to Robert L. Hart, IV, and Brandon N. Hart. A WWII veteran having served in the Navy on the USS Hornet. A member of Saint Ursula Parish, Richard enjoyed listening to classical music, collecting stamps, making and drinking wine, photography, making furniture, and loved to entertain friends and family. Preceded in death by his parents, wife Emagene (Bochter) Surman; brothers Chuck, James, and Frank Surman; and a sister Marie Malinaric.
