Pamela Elia-Westfall, age 59, of Nitro, West Virginia passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Pamela was born November 11, 1962 in Knoxville Tennessee to James and Peggy (Dalton) Branson. She is the loving mother of Bret Elia of Midlothian Virginia.
