Mary R. Hartman

Mary was born on May 4, 1939 to the late Robert Aguglia and Ottilia Klein Aguglia in Pittsburgh. She graduated from St. Benedict's Academy. She married the love of her life, Mike Hartman, on May 14, 1960. She worked as a nursing assistant at St. Benedict's Convent for many years. She tirelessly took care of her patients at St. Benedict's Convent, in addition to her beloved children and grandchildren. She liked bingo, cooking, and especially family gatherings. She had a caring spirit and was always concerned with how others were doing. Mary had an infectious smile, and will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband of 63 years, she is survived by her four children, Linda Coulehan (Dan), Sharon Schwan (Monte), Michael Hartman (Jennifer), and Terri Hartman; ten grandchildren, Daniel Coulehan (Lindsay), Patrick Coulehan (Megan), Ashley Miller (Eddie), Christopher Schwan (Taylor Cruise), Jason Coulehan (Corrissa), Brittany Hartman (Will Zang), Mason Hartman, Christopher Chesebrough, Michael Hartman, Jr., and Connor Chesebrough; seven great-grandchildren, Emery, Madelyn, Aiden, Lillian, Allie, Charlotte, and Katarina; seven siblings, Robert Aguglia (Mae Barr), Joseph Aguglia (Pat), Ronald Aguglia (Caryle), William Aguglia (Diane), Patricia Liebman (Marc), Carol Brunner (Robert), and Kathy Gibson (Larry); two sisters-in-law, Roberta Aguglia and Lois Hartman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Regis Aguglia and his two sons, Regis and Randy; and sister-in-law, Alice Aguglia.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 11 from 12 PM until 4 PM and from 5 PM until 8 PM at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Hwy. Pittsburgh, PA 15237. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 12 at 10 AM at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 311 Siebert Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15237; interment to follow at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery.
