Linda "Katie" (Kerrigan) Miller

Linda Kate Kerrigan Miller, 82, formerly of Rockwood, PA died Thursday, June 29, 2023 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh , PA. She lived in Austin, TX at the time of death. Born October 5, 1940 in Chicago, IL, she was preceded in death by her parents, Timothy Robert and Gertrude (Jones) Kerrigan; a brother, Dr Timothy Robert Kerrigan III; her husband, Albert “Sealy” Woods Miller.

She is survived by her daughters, Frances Karen Miller Adair (Benton E) of Austin, TX and Erin Kate Miller Painter (Robert J) of Pittsburgh , PA; grandchildren, Cameron J “CJ” Painter of Pittsburgh, PA, Gertrude K “Gertie Kate” Adair of Austin, TX and Brianna K Painter of Pittsburgh , PA. Mrs. Miller pursued advanced degrees and was a lifelong learner. She was a retried Rockwood PA High School Biology Teacher and Penn Cambria PA School Principal. She taught Sunday School classes in all the churches to which she belonged over the years. She loved the Lord, she loved her girls but her greatest joy in life was truly her grandchildren, CJ, Gertie Kate and Brianna.

She requested no memorial services.
