Leo C. Baehr, age 77, of Allison Park, died on Friday, June 26, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford. Born February 2, 1943, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Leo and Helen (Adelsberger) Baehr. Leo was a retired Firefighter for the City of Pittsburgh, and then worked with Primerica Financial Services serving as Senior Vice President, and he was also a member of St. Alexis Catholic Church in Wexford.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carolyn (Schatzel) Baehr, three sons; Leo G., Jeffrey C. (Erin), Patrick V. (Christy), and one daughter; Michele Kalinsky. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; Magdalene Faith, Alexandra Lee, Lauren Caroline, Lucas William, Evan Jeffrey, Courtney, Caitlyn and Gregory Baehr, and Brian O'Leary II. Also surviving two sisters; Virginia Leighliter and Deborah Love, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Survived also by his loving dog Missy.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son; Gregory Baehr.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Prayers will be held on Thusday morning at the Funeral Home at 9:15am, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at St. Alexis Catholic Church in Wexford. Entombment will follow at North Side Catholic Cemetery.
