Julian was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 19, 1960. He retired as a Insurance Agent with John Hancock Insurance.
Julian was an inspiration to all that knew him. In his own words "I told you it was tough being me" If you asked a hundred people who Julian was, they would tell you; "Eccentric". He owned a Helicopter and a 1968 GTO. "I'm not no day on the beach"
He will be missed by his adoring and loving wife Barbara Robles Belsh his sisters Ann Marie Belsh (Kent Stiegler), Mary Belsh-Seminatore (John Seminatore), his niece Isabella Seminatore, nephew Benedict Seminatore and his best friend Fred Steinmiller.
He will also be missed by Kia, Tonya and Latte.
Friends and family are welcomed on July 27, 28 and 29 2021 from 2:00PM to 4PM and 6PM to 8PM at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Hwy. Pittsburgh PA 15237 a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2230 Rochester Rd, Pittsburgh on Friday July 30, 2021 at 11AM. Please meet at the funeral home 1 hour prior.
