On Saturday, November 23, 2013, Jean L., 90, of North Hills formerly of Strongsville, OH; Mother of Scott, Vicki and Craig Francks; former wife of David Francks. Also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren , nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to gather with the family on Monday from 6 – 7 pm. at H. P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway where a Memorial Service will be held at 7 pm.
