James. P. Hibbard, Sr., age 71, of Bellevue, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, Beloved husband of Dorothy (Weber), Loving father of James P., Jr., Jesse and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Hibbard, proud grandfather of Jason, Jayme, James, Jordan, Kaylee and Alayna Hibbard. James was a US Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War, he worked as a supervisor at PAC for 35 years, and he also owned the Popcorn Fancy that was located at Northway Mall. He enjoyed going to the casino. James lived for and loved his family. Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Inc., 1014 California Ave., Avalon, 412-766-5600 where a private funeral service will be held followed by burial at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
