The world lost a beautiful soul that was, at times, gentle and loving and also very troubled. After a long struggle with mental health related issues, Grant Stamm lost his battle and is finally at peace. Grant had his ups and downs in life but did his best. He achieved certification in operating heavy machinery.
Some of Grant's interests were spending time with his mother and sister, working out and staying in shape, watching Rick and Morty, the Sopranos, and reading about UFO's. He also loved animals especially cats. Grant's favorite place was Florida, where he resided for a while. He loved being in the sunshine.
Grant was a mathematical genius and talented in art. He had a love for musical instruments, particularly the cello and bass. He also enjoyed listening to music including John Mayer and Coldplay.
He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Stamm; his sister, Lauren (Jason) Shoup; his aunt, Jean Toumey; his uncle, Greg Toumey; his cousin, Shane Toumey and his late uncle, Brian Toumey.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from 4:00 PM until time of service at 7:00 PM in the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township, (412-364-4444). The family suggests in honor and in celebration of Grant, please wear his favorite color, GREEN.
