Esther M. (Schanz) Early, age 68, of Cockeysville, MD, formerly of Ross Twp., passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2014. She was born Oct. 11, 1945 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Melvin Scott and Grace Marie Schanz. She was the loving wife of the late Harry A. Early; beloved mother of Lisa M. (Franklyn) Halamka; loving grandmother of Hannah, Aurora & Levi Halamka. Esther is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Prior to her retirement, she worked in the Hearing and Appeals division of the Social Security Disability office. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the H.P.
