Edna P. McCallister

Edna McCallister, age 88, of Ross Township, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017.. Wife of the late Charles T. McCallister, Sr. Loving mother of Charles, Linda and Kevin (Miki) McCallister; proud grandma of Michelle Taylor; sister of the late Margaret Davis, Isabel Horn, Grace Jones, Kathryn Mills and Wilma Seminator; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 Pm Sunday at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township (412-364-4444). Funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 AM in Riverview United Presbyterian Church, 3505 Perrysville Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15214. Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery. Family suggests memorial donations to Edna's church which was her second home given her work with the food bank and years of service in the church kitchen.
