Carol A. Hoffman

Carol (Hunt) Hoffman, 85, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2023, in Basking Ridge, NJ. She was born to the late Alfred and Marie Hunt on January 9, 1938, in Fairview, Butler, PA. In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her beloved late husband, R. Glenn and brother, David Hunt.

She is the cherished mother of Jean-Paul (Effie) and Inez. Loving grandmother of Nathalie and Ian.

Carol will be remembered as a generous, exuberant spirit who loved to help anyone in need. Always the kind and caring soul, Carol made friends with anyone she met. Carol lived an amazing life across the globe doting on family, friends, and beautiful gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to The Seeing Eye (https://www.seeingeye.org (https://www.seeingeye.org/)/) where Carol volunteered for many years caring for the dogs she loved so dearly.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all her family and friends.

Friends are invited to the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Hwy Pittsburgh PA 15237 on Friday July 21, 2023, from 10AM to 11AM. A funeral service will take place at 11AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial to follow at Mt Nebo Road Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
