Christina Gail Brooks Bailey, 44, of Pineville passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015 Born December 20, 1970 at Welch, she was the daughter of the late Charles D. “Buddy” Brooks and Opal McCoy Brooks Christina was a member of the Lillyhaven Baptist Church of Lynco. Christina was a retired RN/BSN at the VA Medical Center for 12 years. She enjoyed painting, her dogs, Tink and Corky, reading, taking pictures and art and being with her family. Survivors include her husband, Robert Lee Bailey of Keyrock Son, Seth Bailey and a daughter, Leah Bailey both Keyrock Brothers, John Dwayne Brooks of Pineville Charles Glen Brooks and his wife, Sharon of Keyrock Her twin sister, Regina Church and her husband, Kenny of Saulsville Sister, Janet Halsey and her husband, Bobby of Keyrock Mother-in-law, Betsy Bailey of Beckley Brother-in-laws, Rodney Bailey of San Diego, CA Matthew Mullins and wife, Hannah of Beckley Sister-in-law, Carla Weaver and her husband, Chris of Beckley Nieces and nephews, Justin and Katrina Brooks, Katelyn Cassady, Andrew Halsey, Shawn Church, Leandra and Rose Bailey, Matthew, Samuel and Luke Mullins, Christian Dickson,and Isabelle Weaver and one great-niece, Teagan Ellis A celebration of Christina’s life will be held at 12 p.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2015 in the Calfee Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Algie Cook, Rev. Eugene Cook and Mr. Lindell Goode officiating.
