She enjoyed listening to her husband play music, dancing, watching her birds at the bay window and going to the camp. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.
She is survived by her two daughters, Joanie Berthelot Cook and Stephanie Berthelot Navarre (Corey); three sisters, Gertrude Templet, Eura Mae Prestenback, and Janet Myers; three brothers, Nelson, Roland and Melvin Coupel; ten grandchildren, Justin Berthelot, Sr., Tiffany Skinner (Latrelle), Tessa Moseley (Chad), Kay Himel (David), Jared Cowden, Larry Navarre (Chelsea), Lanie Navarre, Logan Navarre (Jamie), Lindsey Doiron (L.J.), and Corrie Perera; great-grandchildren, Justin, Jr., Jacob, Zaylin, Phoebe, Andrea, Alexis, L.J., Chloe, Jaiden, Claire, Hayes, Emma, Abbie, Sophie,Larry IV, Kaden, Skylar, Carson, Emily, Adonis, Aurora and Eloise ; great great-grandchildren, Haven, Sakaiya and Niclaus; and three God-children, Carl Templet, Jennifer Constant and Dora Passantino.
She was preceded by her parents, Nelda and Edgar Coupel, Jr; her loving husband of 65 years, Adam Berthelot, Sr.; son, Adam Berthelot, Jr; four sisters, Gladys, Shirley, Lois and Baby Ray; brother, Gerald.
The family would like give a warm thanks to Comfort Care Hospice and staff, especially John.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024 from 9:00 am at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part with the Mass of Christian Burial for 12:00 pm at St Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. Burial to follow in Belle River. Father Al Davidson and Father Joseph Camilleri will be officiating.
