It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Maria Concepción Hurtado. Born in 1940 in Monte Escobedo, Zacatecas, Mexico. Passed away in Los Angeles, California on Friday October 4, 2024.
Maria was a beacon of love and strength to all who knew her.
Her legacy of kindness, resilience, and devotion to family will forever be cherished. She leaves behind a loving family that will carry her memory in their hearts.
A visitation/velorio for Maria will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Pico Rivera, 9107 East Washington Bivd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660.
A funeral mass/misa funebre will occur Friday, l October 25, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 7215 Newlin Ave, Whittier, CA 90602.
A burial/sepelio will occur Friday, October 25, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Rose Hills Mortuary, 3888 Workman Mill Ra, Whittier, CA 90601.
