Mary Dean Brown

Mary Dean Brown Easley – Mary Dean Stephens Brown, 75, passed from this life Sunday, September 21, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Brown was born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late James I. and Rosa Bell Bolding Stephens. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church where she loved singing in the choir and loved flowers and gardening. She was also an avid bowler. Survivors include her daughter, Renee Pack and husband Lee of Simpsonville, one sister, Juanita (Neta) Hughes of Liberty and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by sons, Michael Dean Brown and Steven David Brown. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:30 PM Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens with a graveside service following at 3 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park & Gardens.
