Mrs. Jaquith was born in Six Mile, SC on October 26, 1938 to the late John D. and Vaudie Dillard Holliday. She retired as a payroll manager from PYA Monarch and before her health declined, she attended Marathon Church in Powdersville. Mrs. Jaquith loved traveling with her husband in their motorhome, especially taking trips with their camping club. She loved sitting outside in the sun, visiting with people, and watching the Clemson Tigers and the Carolina Panthers play football. Most important to her was her family, especially her grandchildren and her precious dog Snoopy. She cherished every moment spent with them throughout her life.
In addition to her loving husband of 65 years, Mrs. Jaquith is survived by her daughter: Lynn Seay of Easley; a daughter-in-law: Kelley Jaquith of Anderson; five grandchildren: Davia Smith, Taylor Jaquith, Kristen Seay, Dawson Jaquith, and Sedona Jaquith; six great-grandchildren: Brylee, Braxton, Trey, Brayden, Anslee, and Everleigh; and one brother: Jim Holliday (Martha) of Seneca.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jaquith was preceded in death by a son: Steve Jaquith; a son-in-law: Billy Seay; and seven siblings: J.D. Holliday, Coy Holliday, T.H. Holliday, Clifton "Click" Holliday, Lawrence "Whitey" Holliday, Kat Carman, and Glenn Holliday.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 13, 2023 in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with interment to follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens in Piedmont.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 12:45 PM on Saturday, prior to the service, at Dillard Funeral Home.
The family is at their respective homes.
