John Charles Brock

John Charles Brock, 64, passed from this life, January 25, 2015. John was born in Pickens County, son of the late William Frank and Jessie Mae Garrett Brock. He was formerly employed with Greenwood Mills and later Liberty Denim. Survivors include daughters, Lisa Alexander (Khol) of Pickens, Heather Brock (Brian Reid) of Simpsonville, and Kimberley Hale (Andreas) of Travelers Rest., grandchildren, Trent, Trevor and Kirk Alexander, Alexandra Brock and Charleston Hipps, and a great grandchild, Emilee Alexander. Also surviving is his partner, Jennifer Emerson of Liberty and her children, Jeremy, Michael, and “Little” John, and a sister, DeEtte McAbee (Edward) of Pelzer. The family will receive friends at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 1 to 2:30 PM with a graveside memorial service following at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Central at 3 PM.
