Mr. James Tinsley

Born on September 24, 1956, in Oconee County, he was the son of the late Gwendolyn Suddeth Black and Martin Tinsley, Jr. He was retired from the United States Postal Service and was a U.S. Army veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Jennie Parker Tinsley; three daughters, Beverly Fincannon (Michael), Stephanie Holcombe (Matthew), and Amber Mitchell; three sons, James R. Tinsley (Thalia), Robert Fowler and Robbie Pitzer (Tara); one brother, Roger Alan Tinsley (Connie); one nephew, AJ Tinsley; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 23, 2018, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 3 p.m. in the Dillard Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens.
