Helen Montine Coffey
October 16, 1921 – January 9, 2020
IN THE CARE OF
Helen Montine “Tine” Coffey, 98, of Easley and wife of the late Lee Coffey, passed away on Thursday January 9, 2020, at Pruitt Health and Rehabilitation.
Born on October 16, 1921, in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Harve and Leila Galloway. She enjoyed bowling, square dancing and clogging. Tine was also preceded in death by her son, James Walter “JW” Dover, Jr.
Surviving are her brother, Ed Galloway (Jo); great nieces and nephews, Cindie Maudlin, Anne Phillips (Joe), Donnie Galloway; great great-nephew, Raymond Nichols (Venice) and great great great-nieces, Brencie Addison and Michelle Nichols; grandson, Kerry Dover and daughter-in-law, Ruth Dover.
A graveside service will be held Sunday January 12, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
