Dusty Ann Payne

Dusty was born on July 27, 1982 at Easley Baptist Hospital, to her loving parents Harley Victor Payne, III and Rhonda Lovell Payne. She graduated from Easley High School in 2000. After graduation, Dusty began her career in home health care. Her past time adventures included visiting the lake and Clemson football games. When Dusty's battle with cancer began, her family created her "she-shed". She loved having her sister and friends over to relax and watch movies with her.

Along with her parents, Dusty is survived by her sister, Patricia Payne Harris, paternal grandparents Roland and Beverly Payne, and many loving cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James and Dorothy Lovell.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. in the Dillard Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 4 p.m. with the Reverend Zach Shaw officiating.

The family will beat the home.
