Betty Sue Barnes Durham

Mrs. Durham was born in Pickens on November 22, 1955 to the late Carl Leroy and Marcelle Ramey Barnes. She truly loved to help people and this was shown throughout her careers, both at Ryobi and then from Nurses on Call. Mrs. Durham loved doing many activities, but loved being around the water. She loved Country Music and especially enjoyed line dancing. Even with all of these things that she enjoyed, her family was her first and foremost priority, and she cherished her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her loving husband, Mrs. Durham is survived by her two children: Timothy Durham (Kristi) of Cleveland and Michael Durham of San Diego, CA; her four grandchildren: Jadyn, Cheyenne, Christian, and Bryden; and two sisters: Judy Atkins (Dan) of Marietta and Sandra Durham of Easley.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Durham was preceded in death by her siblings: Carl Don Barnes and Linda Barnes Atkins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 25, 2021 in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Dillard Funeral Home.

Flowers are accepted, or memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
