Baby Xavier Giovanni Hernandez passed away unexpectedly on November 29, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born on October 14, 2015 in Phoenix to Anthony Hernandez and Valerie Quinonez. Xavier leaves to forever cherish his memory his father Anthony Hernandez; mother Valerie Quinonez; brothers Anthony Hernandez Jr. and Benjamin; grandmothers Hilda Quinonez and Maria Hernandez; along with many other relatives and friends. A Visitation will be held 8:30am to `11:00am, Thursday, December 8, 2016 in the Serenity Chapel at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary and Cemetery, 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009 followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00am. Interment will immediately follow.
