It was a privilege to do Willie hair for many years here in prescott valley, I felt like she was part of my family.

My momma was laid to rest yesterday, between my dad and her mom & dad.
Her spirit is now in heaven, and her body waits for the return of Jesus Christ.
Rest easy, momma. We will be united again.
Love forever. 
Never forget.

These pictures are from my high school graduation, I remember my heart being so full that I could share that moment and accomplishment with my Gram. 
I will always remember, cherish and hold close our many memories we’ve shared. Her laugh was contagious. Her heart was bigger than the moon and her feelings, love and empathy were as deep as the sea. Our kindred hearts bonded in a special way. We held hands and hugged often, never letting the opportunity to show our love for each other pass by when we were together. 
One of my favorite memories growing up was visiting her and my grandpa and going to the deer farm. One of the deer got a hold of my grandma’s shirt and left it soaking wet. She got a kick out of the “deer juice” and I kid you not we laughed and laughed and laughed all night about it. 
I miss you so much, gram. I can’t wait to hug you even tighter in Heaven and never have to let go.

In 2002 Mom and Dad visited us in Washington. We had a lot of fun. We took them to Point Defiance Park in Tacoma It is a huge park where we spent a lot of time at Owens b-Beach, and Fort Nisqually, a replica Hudson Bay Trading Fort. We took the ferry From Bremerton to Seattle and visited Pikes Place Market, On our way back home, We drove them over the I-90 floating bridge over Lake Washington. We took them to Anthony's on the Bay restaurant where dad said he had some of the best fish. We spent a day at Mt. Rainier and visited the lodge /museum checked out Nisqually falls, just a fun day. we had a great visit with them. I have photos, they are in my storage. Really enjoyed my visit with them, and also the visits I made to them while living out here. I love you mom.

Mom and I would hike around  Lyncs lake quite often in the early 90's when Linda and I were living and working in the Prescott area. We took our time and it would take about 45 minutes to walk around. Mom loved the Prescott area A few trips to Willow Lake, and Granite Dells. Mom loved her church and god. Mom and dad were never sports fans until the Arizona Diamondbacks started, then I think they both became fans. Linda and I had the opportunity to take them both to a few games. It was fun. Linda and I lived in Phoenix for 5 years where we visited mom and dad once a month we always enjoyed their company and they enjoyed ours. Mom liked JB's Restaurant in Prescott. She liked the Breakfast bar and the salad bar. Mom and Linda were salad bar buddies, and dad and Linda were the pink and green custard buddies. I am very happy my parents loved my spouse.

It is with sadness that our Aunt Willie has passed, but it is with great joy, she is with God and her family.  I have been missing her peach cobblers.  Anytime I asked for her cobbler, she whipped out the baking dish and put it all together and it was the absolute best.  She could tell you stories and so animated about it, which made it more eventful and exciting.  That women could talk!!

Mom loved going on day trips to Linx Lake, and breakfast in Jerome, AZ.

I will miss my time visiting mom and helping her with things she needed fixed around her house.

My Aunt Willie always loved me.  She always wanted to know what was going on in my life.  She was a great cheerleader.  She also liked to feed me.  I’ll miss her.  I have no memories of my childhood without her.  I love you Aunt Willie
