Willard Wells

Willard J. Wells passed away at his home in Phoenix on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the age of 71. Willard is predeceased by his parents, Paul O. Wells and Myrtle E. Wells, and his wife, Linda M. Wells.

Willard is survived by his two children, David J. Wells, Cindi L. Wells and her husband Rob Haney; his 4 grandchildren Aubrey, Kaitlyn, Aiden, and Konnor; his 2 sisters, Paula Austin and her husband Dennis Austin and Sharon Wells-Fulkerson and her husband Ron Fulkerson; his nieces and nephews; and the rest of his family and friends.

Willard was a graduate of Harlan High School in Harlan, Kentucky. He then went on to serve our country proudly, for a combined 33 years, in Vietnam as a member of the Air Force and as a United States Postal Worker, before his retirement.

A graveside service, in The Field of Honor veterans garden, will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery 719 N. 27th Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85009. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions directed to his children David and Cindi are preferred and appreciated.
