A funeral service for Victor will be held Monday, June 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary's Hospitality Room located at 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009. His funeral will be followed by the committal service at Memory Mausoleum, at the same address.
Chaplain Norman Nicks will be presiding over his services. The honor guard from Luke Air Force Base and American Legion Post 94 will be presenting military honors.
