Funeral Service will be held on March 11, 2019 at 11:00 am at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary.

Graveside Service will be held on March 11, 2019 at 1:30 pm at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona , 23029 Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona.

They are survived by M.C. Pugh (Father), Frederick Pugh (Brother), Davy Pugh (Brother), Deborah Washington (Sister), Charleaene Pugh (Sister), Latoya Hall (Daughter), Reyna LeBlanc (Daughter), Jasmine Hall (Daughter), Sylar LeBlanc (Grandson).

Serving as pallbearers are Warren Hall, Vincent Hall, Michael LeBlanc, David Pugh, M.C. Pugh (Honorary Pallbearer).
