In a brave act of heroism, Stephanie Rebecca Ellico (a.k.a. Lil Steph) passed away on July 7th, 2023, in Phoenix, AZ. She was born on February 25, 1992, in Pamona, California. Steph was a devoted daughter, wife, sister, aunt, and friend. She is survived by her mother, Rebecca Angerer; her father, Michael Ellico; her wife, Brenda Swearingin; her stepdaughter, Ashley Swearingin; her sisters, April Angerer Roberts and Sarah Ellico; and her identical twin, Stacie Ellico.
She married Brenda on November 11, 2020, in Prescott, Arizona. She was a member of a few tight-knit communities in Arizona. She lived a portion of her formative years in Prescott until moving to Phoenix to reside with her mother and siblings. Once married, she called Flagstaff home. She enjoyed indulging herself in hobbies such as boxing and riding street bikes.
Stephanie was known for her strong and eccentric personality, charmingly upbeat demeanor, and breathtaking view of life. Her character was one in which those around her could draw strength and hope. She was full of humor that most could not resist; in fact, she was the most popular person in the room. Steph sustained lifelong friendships while showcasing a constant love for her family. She always placed a large emphasis on protection and loyalty.
Those who knew her are blessed and will think of her often. Stephanie is missed and will be forever cherished.
A visitation for Stephanie will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Maryvale, 6901 West Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85033.
