Rev. Simona C. Peña, 88, of Phoenix, passed away February 7, 2018. She was born in Fredericksburg, Texas on October 28, 1929. She married Enrique Martinez Peña on December 28, 1952. Simona was a minister of the Unified Pentecostal Local Churches Int'l Inc. and had a passion for her children, sewing, cooking, and gardening, and preaching. She was survived by her children Frank C. Peña (Pam) and Andrea Lillian Peña. Her grandchildren Isabelle Ramey Peña and Karlee Mosca and her sisters Rosario Castilleja and Lorenza C. Kincaid. A visitation will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 5:00-8:00pm at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85013. A memorial service will be held from 7:00 pm-8:00 pm.
