I am soo sorry to hear about the death of Pastor Sharon.  She touched many people's  lives and will be greatly missed.  I know that Jesus said to her "well done good and faithful servant" praying for peace and comfort for you all.

So many wonderful memories that I can't count them .  When Sharon needed my nurse skills for some task at hand she would with a big smile ask for my help.

Sharon  was my forever friend for more than 30 years.  Our family shared great and tough times together, which kept our friendship special and full.  We enjoyed belly-laughs beyond belief; she was a long-time ministry partner in so many ways, a spiritual mentor, a colorful co-hort in clothing, shoes and accessories.  One day, we met for a fun, relaxed lunch -- showed up with the exact same purse.  We both howled loud enough for the entire restaurant to stop and look at us, which made us laugh even harder.  Her love of God, life and people was larger than life!  Her zeal ~ never tiring.  She served as one of the pastors at Dream City Church over the Compassion/Special People Ministry and our huge outreach project to women, known as Fashion Share!  The lives our large team of ministry coordinators touched during annual Fashion Shares made an indelible mark on the Kingdom.  She helped me lead with fervor, wisdom, devotion, and hard, hard work.  She never gave up!  She was relentless in her pursuit to do God's Will for her life.  She and Don created, developed and taught the Fire Institute for years, a journey into the world of deeper spiritual truth and understanding of God's Word, the Holy Spirit and prayer in our lives, which I participated with in the Fall of 2001.  It deepend my walk in powerful ways at a time in my life when disciplined study, reading and prayer helped get me through really hard times. I participated because of the reputation of Don and Sharon, and am bummed that I did not pursue Chaplaincy under their co-leadership before she went home to heaven.  However, I will always carry Sharon in my heart - her spirit remains, her infectious love of life, laughter and desire to help others should be a big "kick in the butt" for the Body of Christ to get with it, no matter our age. 
My life has been forever impacted and I know she will see my son Jon soon and give him a giant hug for me, until we are all caught up to meet the Lord in the air!  Amen.  

So sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine how much she will be missed. I met Sharon when I lived in Az. in the 80's she was a huge part of my life at that time. She was one of the best women I know. Sharon loved the Lord with all her heart I know she laughing and praising the Lord right now, I look forward to seeing her again.
