She was born April 12, 1921 to Louis Francis and Mattie Marie (McCoy) Bourcier, in Saginaw, Michigan. She was wed to Thomas James Moore Jr. on May 18, 1943; a marriage that lasted 63 years, until they were parted by his death. She is survived by 5 children, Kay Ann, wife of Norman Ray Denny; Sharon Marie, wife of Russ R. Pickrel; Michael Alan Moore; Gary Edward Moore; and Denise Kathleen, wife of David Clinton Frederick; 11 grandchildren, Chris, Mark, Brian, Stacy, Tom, Stephanie, Michael, Steven, Sean, and Clinton, Kendell; and 14 great grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Drew, Kelli, Mac, Caroline, Grace, Geeganjali, Quinn, Danny, Lillian, Paige, Hayli, and Hannah.
