Hutchinson, Ruth E. 90 of Peoria, Arizona, passed away on November 10, 2015. A Celebration of Life will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, on November 18, 2015 at 12:00 PM. Interment to follow at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary.
