Survived by his wife, Sandra; children, Robert (Astrid) Speakman, Julie (Brad) Case, Ron (Candace) Speakman, Michael (Andrea) Speakman, William (Barbara) Cooley, Terri (Bruce) Jones, John Cooley, Cindy (Guy) Ferguson, and Natalie (John) Crocket; brother, Roland (Donna); sister, Helen Tate. He was also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and he taught in the Phoenix Elementary Schools for 37 years. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 13th, at 9:00 AM, with services starting at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 22034 N. 83rd Ave, Peoria, AZ 85382.
