Robert A. Jackson

Robert Allen Jackson was born in Detroit Michigan on July 8, 1950 to Bessie Miller. He completed his life's journey and returned to his heavenly father on January 11, 2023. All aunts, uncles, and many cousins preceded him in death.

Robert attended High School in Detroit, Michigan. After graduation he worked for Ford Motor Company for over twenty years. Robert moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1986 to take care of his ailing mother. He has been in the valley ever since. Over the years he worked at Sky Harbor Airport, The Biltmore Resort, and retired from Interface Inc. in 2009.

In the summer of 2003, Robert met Donna Jeanne, and they became one. On January 27th of 2016, they were wed. As people would say, "You never saw one, without the other." in sickness or in health. People knew, Robert, as a very gentle spirit. He was a kind, compassionate man who was loved by everybody.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Donna Jackson, daughter, Simone Benet` Jackson, first cousins, Pamela Spencer Louisville, Kentucky Estella Hurt, Louisville Kentucky, Reggie Rouse, Las Vegas, Nevada, Cheryl White, Wolverine Michigan, Sabrina Legere-Kiley, San Diego, California. He leaves behind close family members, to include; the Gill family children, grandchildren who affectionately title him as "Poppa." Also, many close family friends.

We know that all of us will shed tears and our hearts will ache, but in between the tears and the heartaches we know that the pains and aches are now over for him, and he is now at peace.
