He was predeceased by his wife Brenda. He is survived by his son Robert, daughter Erin and his granddaughter Destiny.
Services will be held on Monday morning June 19, 2017 at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, with a visitation at 9:30 A.M., the funeral service at 10:00 A.M. and graveside service at 11:00 A.M..
