Richard Gene “Daddy Wags” Wagner, 90, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away October 31, 2020. He is survived by two of his sons, James Wagner and Michael Wagner, his grandchildren, Jill Wagner, Brian Wagner (Nicole), Amy Haley (Ben), Alexis Gustafson (Tyler), Stephanie Wagner, and Jacob Wagner.
He also has nine great-grandchildren, along with nieces and nephews and their families, all of whom he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Sr. and Evelyn, his wife, Frankie Mae, his two brothers, Kenny and Frank, and his youngest son, Patrick.
Born and raised in Arizona, he spent most all of his life here, except when he proudly served his country in the military.
