Richard “Arley” Lee Hoover, 92, of Cave Creek, Arizona, passed away on March 27, 2013. Arley was an alumnus of Ohio State, and a WWII night fighter pilot. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Norma Jane, children; Patricia, Roger, Marilyn, Robert, Karen, grandchildren; Ryan and Matthew and extended family members Marc Dippold, John Zumwalt and Kenny Caron. A visitation will be held at 11:00am Friday, April 5, 2013 with funeral services at 12:00pm at Desert Foothills Presbyterian Church, 34605 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ.
