Ralph was a passionate man with a love for life and people. He loved to joke around and he loved to laugh. He was a true character.
Ralph is survived by his wife Martha, his sons Noli and Isaac, Noli’s wife Mandi and their children, his beloved grandchildren, Cycillia (CiCi), Naviee (China), Rocky (Numero Uno), and Ozcar (O.Z.).
He is also survived by his sisters Sylvia Diaz, Lucille Pacheco, Rosalinda (Yaya) Varvel, and baby sister Nora (Bubba) Moreno.
A visitation for Ralph will be held Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, Followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will occur at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85042.
