Peter was a kind and funny man who loved to tell stories. He was a computer sales and IT guy for 40 years and enjoyed his work. Outside of work, he had a variety of hobbies, including playing golf, camping, fishing, dirt bike riding, target shooting with his numerous guns, and watching his grandson Sam play soccer. He was also a history buff and loved to share his knowledge about the gold mines, ghost towns, and abandoned buildings around Phoenix and Prescott to all would listen, but particularly his grandson Daniel.
Peter is survived by his wife of 33 years, Christy Dales [Walters], his two dogs - Tizzy & Abby, his son Jason Rowles and daughter-in-law Sheena Rowles, his grandchildren Daniel, Sam, and Jaeleigh, his sister Rachael Dales, his brother David Dales and sister-in-law Cynthia, his sister-in-law Sue Cerqua, his sister-in-law Cindy Mand, his beloved brother-in-law Jas Mand, brother-in-law Buck Bartoli and his wife Marla and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Richard Dales, his mother Anne Dales, his favorite mother-in-law Hope Walters, and his beloved father-in-law Dick Walters, and brothers-in-law Doug Walters and Steve Walters.
A ceremony to celebrate Peter's life will be held on July 6th, 2023, at 11 A.M. at Christ's Church of the Valley, located at 7007 W Happy Valley Rd., Peoria, AZ 85383.
