Paula Robinson, age 81, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at her Brookdale Peoria home in Peoria, Arizona after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Arizona.
Mrs. Robinson was born June 10, 1939 in Mangum, Oklahoma to Paul Burgeon and Edna May (McKenzie) McMahan. She married Gary “Don” Robinson on August 27, 1972 and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in August 1976. In 2007, they moved to the home they built on a hill overlooking Tonto Basin, Arizona near Roosevelt Lake. Together they had five children, Tonette (Updegraff) Bonar, Jennie (Updegraff) Miller, Terri (Updegraff) LaMere, Brenda (Robinson) Espinoza, and Brant Robinson.
She is preceded in death by her husband and 2 grandsons and survived by her 3 daughters, 1 step-daughter, 1 step-son, 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
