Patricia Kaminski (nee Frazier) Age 56 of Phoenix, AZ formerly of Cuyahoga Falls, OH died Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Precious wife of Ronald, adoring mother of Olivia, loving daughter of Donna (nee Wolfhope) and the late Ernest Frazier, of Hudson. Dearest sister of Richard and Robert, and the late Jeffrey, John and David Frazier and Susan Goetzinger. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to any Wells Fargo branch into an account ending in 1833 under Ronald Kaminski ~ Love Gifts to be used for Olivia’s education.
