Dombrowski, Patricia 76, was reunited with the love of her life Richard, her husband of 52 years, on September 17th, 2015. She passed away in the comfort of her home, surrounded by family. Born in Chicago, the family moved to Phoenix in 1970. Survived by her children; Michael (Nancy), Mitchell (Liz Martin), Richard (Susan), John, Sharon May (Russell Golland). She is also survived by grandchildren; Michael John (Sarah), Kristen (Kyle), Amber (Sean), Ashley, Matthew (Lucy), Nikolaus (Andrea), Travis (Tiffany), Samantha (Ian), Joshua, Justin, Jason and great grandchildren; Addison, Landon, Joshua, Eva, Chloe and sister Caroline Morin (Richard) and brother, Ervin Michalski (Karen). A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, September 25th at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.
